We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If our products didn't work for your, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.


How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nomadsmen.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Tell us what happened in a few sentences. If your issue is damage or a defect, include a photo of the item. No return shipping required.

Once we review your message we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for your original order and place a new order separately.


European Union Orders

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Please contact us at support@nomadsmen.com to initiate this process.


Refunds

Once your refund is approved you will be notified by email. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@nomadsmen.com.
